With a growing demand from Clients and a clear focus aimed at providing leadership talent dedicated to Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning & Blockchain he started Renalytics Talent.

In his more than two decades of experience, Prasad had worked with large MNCs like Tech Mahindra, HSBC, and search firms like ABC Consultants and Veritas in Leadership roles managing Global Leadership & Sales hiring in APAC, AMERICAS (North & South America) and EMEA regions. He carries deep industry knowledge and functional expertise with proven experience in identifying top leadership talent who are the best fit and can deliver impactful results for organisations.

He comes with deep industry knowledge and functional expertise with vast experience in BFSI and E-Commerce sector. He has proven experience in hiring leadership talent globally. His extensive knowledge of the business helps in identifying the right talent for organizations and also help leaders make the right career move.

Sajiv holds a Bachelors and Master’s degree in Science along with a Management degree from Symbiosis. He is also a Six Sigma certified professional.
